Build a UI-only e-commerce site using Astro 5 + Tailwind CSS v4 (@theme in global.css) + Preact islands. No payments, no backend. Goal: clean UI + working add-to-cart interactions.

Pages:

- / : landing page with hero + featured products grid
- `/products/[slug]` : product detail with image gallery, price, description, stock badge, variant selector (e.g., color), quantity, and “Add to cart” button
- `/cart` : cart UI (qty +/- , remove, subtotal), checkout button disabled (placeholder)

Data/state:

- Products + variants in `src/data/products.ts` (id, slug, name, description, images[], price_cents, currency, inventory_count, variants[{id,color,inventory_count}]).
- Cart state with nanostores + localStorage persistence; header cart count as a Preact island.

Deliver:

- Full file tree + full contents of all files + README (install, dev, build).
- Deployment: build outputs `dist` that can be deployed to any static host.
